Azoulay earned his medical degree and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Kaplan Medical Center, Israel.
He is Assistant Professor and Chief of Robotic and Microvascular Head and Neck reconstruction for SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and affiliated with Kings County Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center and NYPMH Brooklyn.
